45 Minutes with PT's Kieran & Marcus
Start strong, stay strong. Kickstarter is your go-to morning HIIT blast – designed to energise your body, wake up your mind, and set the tone for the day ahead. Working through stations, rounds, and time-based intervals, this class builds cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and mental grit. Whether it’s Monday motivation or a midweek spark, this is your time to rise and shine.
Strong
Thursdays: 12:10 - 12:45pm
45 Minutes with PT's Kieran & Marcus
It’s time to get STRONG. This class focuses on building real, functional strength – lifting heavier, moving better, and building confidence with resistance. Using longer rest periods and quality reps, STRONG helps residents sculpt lean muscle, improve posture, and boost total-body power in a supportive, feel-good environment.
Frenzy
Thursdays: 6:00 - 6:45pm
45 Minutes with PT's Kieran & Marcus
A fast-paced, full-body blast packed with energy, variety, and fun. Frenzy combines bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls in high-intensity formats like EMOMs and AMRAPs. Expect music, sweat, and a serious midday endorphin boost that will leave you feeling unstoppable.
